Last weekend I got to shoot a really cool wedding in North Bend. The couple had the wedding outdoors at the bride’s parent’s house. Sitting at the base of Mt. Si surrounded by forest, the wedding had a very northwest feel. Everyone had a great time and the party stretched late into the evening.

Last weekend Lindsey and I shot a wedding for some friends of ours at the Fairgate Inn in Camas, Washington. The bride and I went to school together growing up, and the groom went to college with Lindsey and me. We got to see lots of our old friends, and had a great time taking pictures. Congratulations Kelly & Ryan, you guys make a stunning couple and we wish you much happiness in the years ahead.
I had a great shoot the other weekend at Golden Gardens Park in Seattle, Washington. The bride and groom were super cool people, as were all the guests. It felt like I spent the whole day hanging out with friends at the beach, which made for some awesome images.
This is the first time I’ve shot inside the Bathhouse at Golden Gardens. The light is absolutely stunning inside, and it was a nice retreat after spending a few hours in the sun.

I always enjoy shooting weddings at Kilworth. The light inside the chapel is amazing. Congratulations Jennifer & Dave, you guys are beautiful.
Denny Park Lutheran Church is located in Seattle, Washington.
It’s one of my favorite churches in Seattle to take photographs at.
Blessed Sacrament Church is located in Seattle, Washington.
This is a beautiful church near the University of Washington campus.
Magnolia Park is located in Seattle, Washington.
It sits on a bluff and has views of the Puget Sound, and is filled with Madrona trees. It’s a good place to have a wedding ceremony, but you’ll likely want to go somewhere else for your wedding reception.
The Woodmark Hotel is located in Seattle, Washington.
On Yarrow Bay, with beautiful views of Lake Washington, the site has one of the more elegant tents I’ve seen, which makes a great back-up plan in case of rain. The Woodmark Hotel also features a Cris-Craft boat for making a fun exit.
The Fairmont Olympic Hotel is located in Seattle, Washington.
It’s only footsteps from the city’s most exciting attractions, including the famous Pike Place Market, Seattle Waterfront and Space Needle. It’s luxurious, timeless, and boasts beautiful Italian Renaissance architecture.
Canlis Restaurant is located in Seattle, Washington.
Aside from being a great place to propose, Canlis is perfect for a swanky reception for a smaller wedding. The food is exceptionally yummy and fun to photograph.
